The ITDA of Uttarakhand and UX4G, NeGD conducted a workshop on User Experience and Design System. The workshop covered topics such as the UX4G Design System, Design Thinking and featured a case study on CM Helpline 1905, grievance redressal system in Uttarakhand, India, was presented which allows citizens to register complaints with the government and track their resolution.
