Department of Governance Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of Punjab in collaboration with UX4G, NeGD conducted a workshop on User Experience and Design System. The workshop covered topics such as the UX4G Design System, Design Thinking and featured a case study on Punjab mSeva, a mobile application providing citizens with easy access to a range of government services and information. The workshop was attended by 50+ participants from the different departments of the Punjab Government
